1. Who we are

VIRIDION ("we") is an engineering company in Saint Lucia, specialising in artificial intelligence. Contact us at delonpierre@viridion.tech.

2. Data we collect

Information you submit through forms (name, email, message), and basic analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not sell personal data.

3. Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple

If you sign in with one of them, it sends us your name and email address, and Google and Facebook also send a link to your profile photo. Apple can give us a relay address that forwards to your inbox instead of your real one. We use these to set up your account and show it to you. We never post for you, and we do not ask for your friends, contacts or anything else in that account. To cut the link, remove Viridion in the provider's own settings, or delete your account.

4. How we use it

To answer enquiries and improve the site. We send updates about Viridion projects only with your consent.

5. Field & sensor data

Data captured by Viridion field systems (HALO, Field App, Atlas) is encrypted where it is captured. Capture needs consent at the start of each session, and an operator can delete a session's data at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can also delete your account yourself, in the Haven app or in your dashboard settings. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site. Traffic is measured two ways: Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and runs on every visit, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies only after you accept them in the notice at the bottom of the page. To change that choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice comes back. Blocking cookies does not stop the site working.

8. Children & sensitive data (Viridion Sprout)

Sprout is caregiver-led, for young children. A child's name and identifiers are never sent to any AI service; requests carry a de-identified reference instead. Guardian consent is the lawful basis and you can withdraw it. Withdrawing stops AI processing and takes the child's data out of research. Disability and health information is treated as sensitive and given extra safeguards, and we log what we send to a third party and why. Sprout does not diagnose. We review this policy when our products or the law change.
