VIRIDION is an engineering company in Saint Lucia, specialising in artificial intelligence. Our systems watch the natural world and learn from it. Then we build what it takes to live with it, starting with a warning early enough to act on.

That work covers clean energy and water systems, and the food that depends on both. Then hazard warning, assistive technology and housing built for the storms we can see coming. The aim is for all of it to run offline-first on constrained hardware, so it reaches the places and people the cloud forgets.

Calm

We work slowly. A tool that adds one more thing to check during a storm has failed.

Visionary

Some of these projects will take ten years. We started them anyway.

Scientific

We measure before we claim. One of the numbers below is still zero because we have not counted anything there yet.

Humanitarian

Every project answers to a person or a place, and to the natural world both depend on. The aim is an equal chance at a good life, wherever someone lives.

Minimalist

The aim: cut features until what is left still runs on a cheap phone with no signal.
